Cleaning the teeth after every meal is basic hygiene.Because we are not always in possibility to clean our teeth with a toothbrush, we should take natural teeth cleaners. 

Eating some crispy and hard fruits and vegetables cause to increase the salivation in mouth – and indirectly destroy bacteria, reduce dental plaque and help to maintain teeth.
