You are not smoking, you are exercising and eating healthy food and you think you have done all about your health.
But, you forget other seemingly harmless habits that can damage the body in the same manner as smoking, for example. The difference is only in the mechanism of long-term negative effect that is deposited in your body.
Well, one of those habits is gas cooking.
Unlike electric hobs, the gas have one disadvantage. While cooking, releases additional amounts of carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, and formaldehyde.
To be clear, this is the same trio of pollutants that you are accidentally consume while inhaling someone else’s cigarette smoke i.e. “passive smoking.”
