Cucumber juice is very effective in reducing body temperature, and is highly alkalizing and efficient in removing uric acid and its crystals in joints. The slight pain that you’ll feel while drinking this is a sign it works.
- 1 medium-sized cucumber
- 2 celery stalks,
- 1 lemon slice
- 1 young ginger (an inch-sized piece)
Clean the ingredients first. Cut the cucumber in small pieces, and prepare the celery ribs. Cut the lemon in two, take one and keep one piece in the fridge. Carve the ginger root. Mix them and drink the mixture once or twice a day until you see the results.
