  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of apple pectin (you have the recipe of apple pectin below)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 40-50 g ground walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 30 drops of propolis
  • 3 tablespoons of oatmeal and dried fruit of your choice
What is apple pectin and how to make it?

Pectin is a type of fiber which can be found in the plants. An apple contains a high level of pectin. The apple pectin is a dietary fiber which dissolves in water and when consuming it you feel satiated.

Homemade pectin recipe:

  • Apples (2 lb)
  • Water (2.5 dbl)

Wash the apples and core them. Then, mince the apples to small pieces. Put some water in a pot and wait for it to boil. When the water boils, put the apples in the pot and cook them for 30 minutes.

Stir until it thickens and after that strain the mixture. Finally, put the pectin into sterilized jars.

How to prepare the breakfast:

Before going to bed, mix the yogurt and the apple pectin and put the mixture in a fridge. The next morning, add the rest of the ingredients and mix. (You can add additional ingredients if you like)

Before eating it, leave the mixture at room temperature and wait for the oatmeal and yogurt to melt.
