There is no better comfort food out there then a bowl of cold, creamy ice cream or a blended-to-perfection milkshake.
But is it worth all the sugar, calories and mystery ingredients (have you ever read the back of commercial ice cream labels?) that will go into your body?

Actually, a lot of the ingredients found in ice cream on the grocery store shelves make can ruin your mood. You may feel great while spooning the cold, creamy treat into your mouth, but the next day, your moods are spiraling out of control.
Plus it can make you feel so heavy.
Don’t lose hope yet – Because you can still enjoy one.
You can get all the comfort, all the happiness and all the cool perfection in a bowl of ice cream WITHOUT a SINGLE bad ingredient!
This recipe is gluten-free, vegan and requires nothing more complicated than a normal blender.
|This is the one you should be eating.|
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (organic is best)
- 5 dates, pitted
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups cubed watermelon*
- Blend all ingredients together and then pour into a cake pan.
- Freeze for 3 hours or until relatively hard.
- Break into chunks and pour back into the blender and blend until creamy like ice cream.
*You can switch out the watermelon for other things like coffee, your favorite berry, bananas, etc.
