Eat the following mixture for breakfast for 3 weeks (instead of your typical breakfast):

Week 1: 1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour mixed with 100 ml of kefir
Week 2: 2 tablespoons of flaxseed flour mixed with 100 ml of kefir
Week 3: 3 tablespoons of flaxseed flour mixed with 150 ml of kefir

Can’t find flaxseed flour? NO problem! Buy flax seeds and grind them finely (using a coffee grinder works great). DO NOT make in bulk – grind a new portion every morning.

After eating this mixture every morning for breakfast, be sure to drink at least 2 liters of water throughout the day.
