  • 125 grams of horseradish
  • 4 lemons
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cm ginger root

Preparation and Usage:

  1. Blend the ginger and horseradish and then add lemon juice. Stir the mixture well.
  2. Add honey and mix until texture becomes even. Put the mixture in a jar and place it in the fridge.
  3. Consume the syrup 2 times a day, for 3 weeks. It should be consumed before meals or exercise. After 3 weeks, make a break for a couple of days.
