BURSTING With Energy Juice

Ingredients

  • ½ large pineapple, rind and leaves removed
  • 3 apples
  • 3 kale leaves, including stems
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients and cut them in small enough pieces to put into your juicer.
  2. Process all ingredients through the juicer (aside from lime and oranges).
  3. Strain the juice as needed to remove foam and bits of fiber.
  4. Add in lime and orange juice and stir.
  5. Drink immediately - enjoy!
