  • 1 large head of organic cauliflower
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of pink himalayan sea salt
  • 1 pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch of oregano

Optional (to taste):

  • Flax seeds
  • Sesame seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a pot with 1 inch of water, place the head of cauliflower, cover and boil over medium heat for 20 minutes (or until tender)
  3. Note: keep an eye on the water to make sure it doesn’t completely evaporate)
  4. In a bowl, mix the coconut oil and seasonings.
  5. Chop the cauliflower and stir into the bowl with coconut/seasonings.
  6. Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Once the cauliflower is golden brown it is good to go!
