Stop Constipation With This Chia Smoothie




Having a hard time getting that dirt out of your system? Give this recipe a try.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups of coconut water or water
  • Half avocado
  • Half banana, half cup pineapple or mango or 3-4 drops vanilla stevia for sweetness
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca
  • Handful of dark leafy greens
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pit your avocado and wash your leafy greens, add your herbs, spices and roots.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Enjoy your green smoothies within a few hours of making it for best results.
