5 Super Healthy Breakfast You Can Prepare Before Bedtime!


If you are too lazy in the morning to make your breakfast, you will sure love this article. We suggest that you make your breakfast before going to bed. And yes, it is super simple!

All you have to do is combine your favorite foods in the evening and your breakfast will be waiting for you next morning.

First, find yourself a nice jar. Add in a third cup of oats, a tablespoon of chia seeds, a quarter cup of milk and a quarter cup of yoghurt. That is the base of your breakfast. The ingredients you are going to add on top are of your choice. Add in your favorite fruits or veggies.

Here are some examples:

1. Carrot wonder

Add in 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of cinnamon, 3 tablespoons of grated garot and sprinkle half a cup of walnuts on top.

2. Blueberry delight

Combine a tablespoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of blueberry jam and top with some fresh berries.



3. Chocolate dream

Mix 2 tablespoons of honey, a tablespoon of cocoa, a cup of chopped strawberries (fresh) and sprinkle over some grated dark chocolate.

4. Banana and nuts


This one will blow your mind. Combine 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, come chopped banana and sprinkle over some walnuts.

5. PiƱa colada


This sure is a nice way to wake up. Add in a tablespoon of chopped banana, 2 tablespoons of ground walnuts, a cup of fresh pineapple and a tablespoon of coconut flour.

Keep the jar in your fridge overnight and enjoy your delicious and healthy breakfast in the morning.
