6 Ways to Use Apple Cider Vinegar For Sinus Infections

The swelling and inflammation of the sinuses is called sinusitis. This is a sinus infection during which the sinuses get clogged with fluid which causes nasal congestion and pain. During the infection, people feel pressure around the nose and eyes, headaches and thick, yellow nose discharge.
