Coconut Chai Latte with Super Spices for Anti-Aging and Disease Prevention

This amazing coconut chai recipe will provide you with antioxidants and anti-aging and preventive properties.


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 Tbsp. of chai tea mix (ginger,cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg,cardamom, licorice tea leaves)
  • 1 star fennel
  • 2 green cardamom husks
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Homemade coconut milk or if you don’t have homemade you can also use canned coconut milk
  • For sweeter taste you can use coconut sugar or organic honey

Preparation:
  1. Put the water in some pot and combine it with chai mix and the rest of the spices.
  2. Allow the mixture to boil and then lower the heat. Cook it on low temperature for 10 minutes. This will be enough for the spices to infuse.
  3. Filtrate the mixture through some gauze and fill the cups 2/3 full. Then add the coconut milk in the cups and the honey if you like to sweeten it.
