Skin icing is able to:

Skin icing does not require any special effort. Do it in the morning and/or evening. Follow these instructions:
- First, cleanse your face thoroughly.
- Wrap one or two ice cubes in a gauze or any other kind of soft cloth.
- When the ice starts melting and dampens the cloth, apply it to the face.
- Hold it on different areas on the face for 1-2 minutes.
- Move the ice gently using circular movements. Go up along the chin and the jaw line, up the cheeks, and along the forehead and nose. Take special care for the area underneath your eyes.
- Finish with toner, acne treatment or moisturizer.
A Final Note about Skin Icing
- Icing is often done without covering the ice. If you chose to do this, you’ll probably need to wear gloves (the ice will become too cold to hold for long with a bare hand).
- Don’t be concerned if using ice directly on the skin doesn’t appeal to you. You’ll get the same effects when holding the ice with a washcloth.
- If you use a bare ice cube, don’t apply the ice straight from the freezer. Extreme cold can break the capillaries under the skin.
- You also don’t want to use bare ice on the skin that already has broken capillaries or use the ice too long.
- Stop if the cold becomes too uncomfortable. Avoid icing one area for more than 15 minutes.
