So Which Among These holds true?
Scientifically speaking, both these theories are just a misconception and here’s why. Medically, the function of the lymph nodes in the underarms is to act as natural filters that drain pipes the breast of lymph fluid, and as the body’s first defense versus cancer cells, foreign product and infections. There’s no clinical proof to show that bra-wearing throughout the night blocks the lymph nodes’ pathways. So you can stop fearing it will increase the risk of breast cancer advancement.
As far as breast sagging is concerned, bra using doesn't play a big role. Breast sag due to breastfeeding, pregnancy, age and genetics. Those who wear a bra cup size C and larger should pick a soft– cup style, without much fasteners or hardware, which will supply some assistance from drooping. But if you wear a smaller sized bra size then wearing a bra while you sleep can only trigger discomfort and no advantages at all.
So, it appears that the misconception is busted, researcher state that sleeping with or without a bra doesn't pay a role in increasing the risk of breast cancer but it does not prevent sagging either. It’s a matter of your very own option and choice. Some women, who have sensitive skin, rashes and sweat more than normally during the night, state that wearing a bra can be uncomfortable and uneasy, while others who have tender and sensitive breasts state that bra offers them the support they require. Whichever the case, always choose a soft cupped, natural fiber and well-fitted bra to sleep in, one that offers you the needed support, however one that will be mild to your skin also.
