- 300 grams of celery
- 6 lemons
- First, wash the celery well and grate it. Then, put it in a pot. Add the juice squeezed from the lemons. Cover the pot and put it into another pot full of water. Boil until the water in the large pot reaches a boiling point. Once it’s boiling, reduce the heat and simmer at a low temperature for approximately 2 hours.
- Remove the pots from the stove and do not open the pot until the mixture has cooled completely. Transfer the mixture into a jar. Close the jar tightly and put it in the fridge.
