Helps you sleep
If you have trouble sleeping, step into the bathroom and soak yourself in some water. Allow your body to relax and disconnect from everything else. The warm water bath will raise your temperature which will slowly begin to drop once you leave the bathroom. This change in temperature will trigger sleep.
When you take a warm water bath, don't rush it. Take some time to unwind and relax. Doing so will have a calming effect on your body. Try indulging in this bathing ritual at the end of your day as this can relieve stress and help you sleep too.
