- 1 tablespoon Organic apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 15 drops Lavender essential oil, preferably organic
Optionally, you can add a little bit of glycerin and kaolin clay (pink), to obtain a lovely texture and color. And, as you will see for yourself, this DIY calamine lotion will help with dry skin as well.
Note: To prepare the DIY calamine lotion, it is recommended that you avoid using metal objects. Choose utensils that are made from other materials than metal; avoid using metal bowls or storage cans. - Take a large bowl and combine the following ingredients: apple cider vinegar, sea salt, baking soda and bentonite clay.
