Get Rid of a Stiff Neck in Just One Minute

Do you experience neck cramps especially when you wake up. A stiff neck should be treated seriously because it can affect your daily activities and it can also be a sign of a serious medical condition.



There are many causes of a stiff neck and they include:
  • Anxiety
  • Poor posture at work
  • Straining through exercise
  • Wrong sleeping position

The following steps should bring relief to your neck in just 60 seconds. Here’s how to do it:

Step One
  1. Find the sore pot
  2. If the soft spot is on the right side of your upper neck or back, place your right hand on that area.
  3. If the problematic are is on the left, use your left hand.
Step Two
  1. Put into the sore spot using your fingers; make sure to apply firm pressure. Note that this may cause a sharp pain but you should tolerate through it.
  2. If you cannot reach the spot, use props such as a tennis ball and lean towards the wall for leverage.
Step Three
  1. Turn your head slightly and slowly in the direction opposite the camp.
  2. Bend your head diagonally like you’re trying to touch your armpit with your chin. This will activate the cramped muscle and cause a relaxing feeling.
Step Four
  1. Repeat these steps 20 times in a row.
  2. After this, stretch your upper back and neck.
