7 Tricks to Stop Farting

Farting is normal but is not pleasant. It may be the most awkward thing that may happen, even in the most solemn or formal occasion. 

The smell and the sound are just embarrassing that, no matter how inevitable it may be, its hardly impossible to conceal it. 

Farting or flatulence may have been caused by what you have eaten, medications, stress, anxiety, and if you have lactose intolerance. 

But there are actually natural remedies to lower your risks to these awkward moments. 

1. Ginger

Being true to itself for being a wonder food for being a natural remedy to many diseases, surprisingly, it can also also be used to prevent farting! Simply add it to your meals or take it as a drink. 

2. Mustard seeds

The seeds where our favorite burger condiment are actually a good cure for gas. Simply add them to your food or take two seeds in the morning with some water. Gradually increase the dose each day until you can take 12 seeds a day, but not all at once. Try taking four in the morning, two after lunch, six before bed and so forth.

3. Cinnamon

Cinnamon reduces the swelling of the stomach, thus preventing the formation of gas. It's also very easy to ingest: you can simply add it to some milk and drink it. Drink this mixture every night before going to bed. And if you prefer, you can add a little honey to the mixture to sweeten it.

4. Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar can also be a used to prevent flatulence. Mix 8 oz. of water with four teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a saucepan and heat it for a few minutes without bringing it to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature. Now it’s ready to drink!

5. Aloe vera

It can ease abdominal pain and reduce the amount of gas. You can consume the gel just as it is or mix it with hot water to make a tea.

6. Garlic

It stimulates the gastric acids and facilitates digestion, which helps prevent flatulence. You can consume it in any form. 

7. Caraway seeds
These seeds are the key to treating any problems involving indigestion and colic. Mix them with boiling water and drink it before going to bed.
