When we are under the state of being over-stressed, we may not be able to recognize it ourselves that we are already stressed-out.

1. HAIR LOSS

Substantial physiological stress can cause disruption to our normal hair cycle. Unequal number of hairs tend to shed apart from the usual 100 hairs a day which go into its resting phase. 

2. WEIGHT FLUCTUATION ISSUES

Overeating and lack of appetite may happen to an over-stressed guy. Stress will hold up your metabolism and you may gain or lose weight real quick. 

3. MAJOR MOOD SWINGS

Mental health gets affected with stress. You may find yourself happy one moment, and then immediately crying or enraged. It can heighten anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders and addictions (from alcohol, drugs, sexual or food) and other mental health issues. Worse, it may affect relationships.

The inability to have patience or tolerance with others, hence getting angry quickly, is one of the symptoms of being over stressed.
